Body of Drexel Student found in Schuylkill; Clergy Trial Update; Chase Utley takes Field

The tenth day of deliberations in the Philadelphia Clergy Abuse trial ended today with no verdict. In fact it would seem as if nothing happened today. Compared to the last nine days, there were no legal questions, evidence requests, or prior testimony read to the jury. The jurors worked behind closed doors in the jury room for 6 hours before asking to be released for the day at around 4 pm. They'll go back to the table tomorrow.

The body found in the Schuylkill River near the Art Museum and Waterworks earlier today has been identified as an 18-year-old Drexel University who went missing early Sunday morning. Stevens Glemaud of West Orange, NJ was at a party Saturday night before returning to his dorm at 3:15 am. He left his dorm at 6:15 am Sunday and was caught on video walking along Spring Garden Street. That was the last time he was seen. An official determination of death will come after the medical examiner's autopsy, whether it was drowning or something else. It is is also not clear if it was self-inflicted, an accident, or foul play. Glemaud was to return home this week after just finishing his freshman year.

In Sports, Roger Clemens was cleared of all charges that he obstructed justice and lied to Congress when he denied he took performance enhancing drugs.

Chase Utley started 2B for the Threshers tonight in Clearwater. He went 1-4 with a single and played 6 innings in the field
