Chris Brown and Drake leave NYC club trashed after brawl over Rihannna

Late Wednesday night at Club W.I.P. in SoHo in Manhattan Chris Brown and Drake ignited a bar brawl that sent bottles and ice flying, leaving the club a mess with broken glass and several people bloody, including an innocent bystander (a tourist from Australia).

The club was packed with stars Wednesday night. Mary J. Blige, Maxwell, Fabolous, basketball star Tony Parker, Trey Songz, Mekk Mill, Adrienne Bailon, and CB's new girlfriend Karrueche Tran were all there partying.

Brown himself was left with a healthy gash on his chin that he received from a champagne bottle across the face. He also took a punch to the face. It's not exactly clear who delivered those blows, whether it was Drake or some one else, as accounts all differ.

The catalyst for the entire fracas seems to lead back to Rihanna. As a 'friendly' gesture Brown sent a round of drinks to Drake, who sent them back with a note about him being with Rihanna. Another account has Drake and Brown just getting into an argument over her. Recently Drake has been linked romantically off and on to Brown's ex. Despite their dysfunctional past, Brown and Rihanna have also been seen together recently.

Philly's own Meek Mill, who was there with Drake, had been blamed for the shots on Brown, however Chris tweeted a clarification, "Me and @MeekMill ain't on that bulls---. Real respect Real...."

Brown bodyguard, Big Pat, also sustained head injuries after bottles and glasses started to fly.

Drake's rep say, "Drake did not participate in any wrongdoing of any kind last night at W.i.P. He was on his way out of the club when the altercation began. "[Drake] did not engage in any activity which resulted in injury to person or damage to property.”

On the other hand Chris Brown's camp also denies involvement, "Chris, Karrueche and his friends were victims of a brutal attack last night at WIP. They sustained several injuries. Chris and his party are cooperating with New York authorities, who are pursuing this incident further." said his rep.

The New York police are investigating the incident further.
