No charges will be filed in the case of the boy stuck in the washing machine, but the woman in the video is a babysitter and the man is a boyfriend. The child's mom was at work when the incident happened and had no idea what happened until she saw the viral video.

Monsignor William Lynn has taken the stand and testified in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia clergy abuse case. He say he did everything in his power to ensure children's safety, but he followed orders given by Cardinal Bevilaqua, including instructions to withhold information from authorities, parishes and victims about reasons for priest transfers.

The cell tower fight in Northampton County with American Tower Corporation will be heard in Federal Court. The town claims that ATC violated federal law and the telecommunications act which prohibits cell tower construction within 300 feet of residential neighborhoods.

Sports
The 76ers will play Game 7 in Boston Saturday night.
The Phillies face the Cardinals tonight in Saint Louis.

Weather
Scattered Thunderstorms today. High 81 in Philadelphia.
