Authorities in Lehigh County have made an arrest in the double shooting outside a Walmart store that resulted in a fatality. 23-year-old Edward Joel Rosario-Jimenez, of Whitehall Township, is charged with criminal homicide, attempted criminal homicide, aggravated assault and firearm not to be carried without a license. Police were called around 7 p.m. to the parking lot of the Walmart on the 2600 block of MacArthur Road in Whitehall Township. It seems have been a routine child custody exchange done in the public setting of the store's parking lot. Rosario-Jimenez allegedly got into an argument with the two victims and opened fire. One female victim was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest where she was pronounced dead at 7:40 p.m. Her identity has not been released. A gun was found at the scene in a snow bank.

UPDATE: The female victim has been identified as 20-year-old Nicolette Law of Allentown.

A Delaware County man has been charged in his role as getaway driver in the fatal shooting at a Montgomery County bowling alley last week. 20-year-old Raymir Johnson of Lansdowne is charged with hindering apprehension for driving 17-year-old murder suspect Jamel Barnwell from the scene of the crime. It happened on Saturday, February 20, at Our Town Alley, formerly known as Facenda Whitaker Lanes, in East Norriton. Johnson, Barnwell, and another man entered the lanes and got into an argument with 29-year-old Frank Wade. Barnwell took out a gun and opened fire. Wade was shot and killed. Four other members of Wade's family were shot and injured. The suspects fled before police arrived. Johnson is being held in lieu of $250,000 cash bail.

Police are looking for a man who they believe accidentally shot himself in the leg inside the King of Prussia Mall on Saturday evening, 2/27. It happened around 6:30 p.m. at the Victoria's Secret store. Police responded to the store on the lower level after the gun shot, but the man had left. According to store surveillance video, the man had a gun in his jacket pocket. The gun accidentally went off and hit him in the leg. The man and a women he was with then ran from the store and left in a silver Dodge minivan. If you have any information, call Upper Merion Township Police Department Detective Division at 610-265-3232.
