Police are looking for a missing Mount Laurel mother of two who hasn't been seen since December 31st. 26-year-old Erica Crippen-Crosby was last seen near her home on the 5200 block of Aberdeen Drive. She lives there with her 7-year-old and 2-month-old daughters and husband Kyle Crosby. (Kyle and Erica pictured below) Since last week Erica has not been communicating with family; no phone calls, texts, Facebook, etc. She is also not one to just leave her kids. Members of the family went to the house on Wednesday and found the place a wreck. They filed a missing person's report after that. Her husband, who had been around and spoken to police, seems to have disappeared as well. Erica's 2000 red Ford Taurus with NJ plate A26EFL is unaccounted for. (pictured below) Kyle and Erica got married last summer. Kyle apparently recently got out of jail and has a lengthly record. Erica is described as 5'3",105 pounds, with brown eyes and sometimes gray colored contacts. She has straight black hair with red highlighted tips. Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Crosby or her vehicle is asked to call Burlington County Central Communications at 609-265-7113, or message the Mount Laurel Police facebook@mountlaurelpd.org

UPDATE 1/12/15 10:00 pm: 27-year-old Kyle Crosby is currently in police custody and is being questioned. He was pulled over and tried to elude police in Brooklawn, NJ, Monday night. He was finally pulled over near the railroad tracks in Brooklawn. There aren't any charges or word about Erica at this point.

UPDATE 1/13/15 2:30 pm: Kyle Crosby has been charged with Erica Crippen's murder. Erica's body has not been recovered.

Pennsylvania state officials have closed down a daycare in Wyndmoor, Montgomery County, following the death of a 5-month-old baby at the facility earlier this week. On Monday, January 5th, an infant girl was rushed to Chestnut Hill Hospital from the Wyndmoor Montessori School (also known as Wyndmoor Learning Center) at 1400 E. Willow Grove Avenue. The Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare launched an immediate investigation. A review of surveillance video shows a staff member placing a sheet over the child's face and then trying to hide the sheet when paramedics arrived. There were numerous other violations found relating to children's safety and staff violations. The daycare was shut down for "gross incompetence, negligence and misconduct in operating a facility likely to constitute immediate and serious danger to the life or health of the children in care." The investigation continues.

On Friday, Attorney General Kathleen Kane addressed the revelation that a Pennsylvania grand jury recommended criminal charges against her in connection with the 2009 release of confidential grand jury information to a newspaper. She proclaimed her innocence and called the whole thing politically motivated. Her statement reads:

"I did nothing illegal. Period. Any fair and impartial review of the facts would conclude that. This seems to me to be another political attack on my attempt to clean up Harrisburg and its political culture.

They have fought me all the way, including an effort to impeach me.

Since taking office, I have torn up their questionable contracts, cleaned up their investigations, broke their pornography ring and prosecuted corrupt officials.

I will continue to clean up Harrisburg, despite these attacks that seem to be more about politics than the merits."

Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Ferman will determine whether to affirm the grand jury findings and file charges against Kane.
