Hungry for some excitement and good chili!? What better place to go to than the Haverford Chili Cook-off! The 2nd year is sure to be even better than the first! There will be tons and tons of all types of chili. Chili for everyone, all types and flavors! I know I will be spending the day tasting all the delicious choices! They have prizes for all types of chili so there are plenty of winners. Do not be shy about signing up and entering your chili! Who would intentionally miss this? I know I won't be able to stay away! Chili is almost as American as getting a hot dog at a baseball game.

On top of this picture perfect American dream, folk quartet Strange Rivers will be performing as well! These guys, with their unique country folk sound, will only add to the white picket fence festival that has been organized. Who wouldn't want to sit around and listen to an amazing folk band while enjoying some of the best chili in the area? Remember if you cannot make it to the event you can always listen to the live stream of the event on iradiophilly.com. But remember you can't eat chili through your smart phone!

The event will be held on Sunday September 14th from 4:00-6:30 PM in the Haverford Township Free Library Parking lot in Havertown, PA. Tickets are available in advance as well as at the door. $10 per person and $25 for a family! You do not want to miss this day. So mark your calendars and come hungry!
