The Spotlight Concert Series at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Berwyn, PA invites you to a Bluebird Cafe style In-The-Round Concert on Saturday, March 24th at 7:00 PM. The concert features singer-songwriter Craig Bickhardt with Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame inductees Thom Schuyler and Tony Arata. Joining the trio will be area session drummer Tommy Geddes.

Craig Bickhardt is the uniting force behind this critically acclaimed In-The-Round series at venues throughout the country. He is a folk/Americana performing songwriter with major writing credits, a poet’s voice, a virtuoso guitar style and a veteran’s experience. His songs have found their way onto platinum and Grammy-winning recordings by legends such as Johnny Cash, Martina McBride, Willie Nelson, Ray Charles, B.B. King, Jonathan Edwards, David Wilcox, Pam Tillis, Kathy Mattea and Alison Krauss. Craig's voice and songs can be heard in the Academy Award-winning film "Tender Mercies," starring Robert Duvall.

Thom Schuyler was inducted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2011. His songs have been recorded by more than 200 artists including American Music Awards Song Of The Year "Love Will Turn You Around" by Kenny Rogers, and "Long Line of Love" by Michael Martin Murphy. His literary lyrical sense and storytelling skills shine in songs like "My Old Yellow Car" and "Sixteenth Avenue," the unofficial anthem of Music Row's songwriting community. Other chart-toppers include: "I Fell In Love Again Last Night" (The Forester Sisters), "Years After You" (John Conlee), "Long Line Of Love" (Michael Martin Murphey), "Love Out Loud" (Earl Thomas Conley) "Are the Roses Not Blooming?" (The Judds) and "Child Support" (Barbara Mandrell). Thom has been a solo recording artist and a member of the trios S-K-O (Schuyler, Knobloch & Overstreet) and SKB (Schuyler, Knobloch & Bickhardt).

Tony Arata was inducted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2012. He has penned songs for dozens of famed country artists, including Reba McEntire, Bonnie Raitt, Clay Walker and Lee Roy Parnell. Arata's best-known tune "The Dance," was recorded by Garth Brooks, won Song of the Year at The Academy of Country Music Awards and it also was nominated for a Grammy. Tony has written four other #1 hits and six other Garth Brooks songs including "Face to Face." He has also had No. 1 records with "Here I Am" for Patty Loveless, "I’m Holding My Own" for Lee Roy Parnell, and "Dreaming With My Eyes Open" for Clay Walker. Other artists who have recorded his songs include Emmylou Harris, Bonnie Raitt, Trisha Yearwood, Delbert McClinton, Don Williams, Reba McEntire, Suzy Bogguss, and Hal Ketchum.

You will be moved by all three performers, knocked out by their musicianship, and entertained by the wonderful, often hilarious stories they tell about their songs and careers. This show promises to be as good as it gets! All are welcome to join us for an enchanting and entertaining evening by three highly acclaimed singer-songwriters. Don't miss the opportunity to see these country music legends.

The doors will open at 6:30 PM and the concert will begin at 7 PM. The concert is free, but a free-will offering is suggested. Visit https://spotlight-intheround-2018.eventbrite.com for free RSVP tickets.
