Was BYU Brandon Davies suspended for what he did or for breaking the honor code? |
|
by: iradioal - Philadelphia, PA started: 03/04/11 1:24 pm | updated: 03/04/11 1:24 pm |

A Forbes magazine article this week ranked Philly No. 1 on its "America's 10 Most Toxic Cities" list.
Forbes staffers based the list on five measurements, three drawn from a website that compiles data on U.S. cities but warns users not to "assume that the provided content is error-free."
Philadelphia's water-quality rating on this site was what pushed the city into the No. 1 spot.
Even though its three treatment plants received an award from the Partnership for Safe Water... Read More |

Statistics say crime is up in Camden since police layoffs
Violent crime jumped 19 percent and aggravated assaults with firearms 259 percent over the same time period last year in Camden.
Some say comparing the stats over a year is like comparing apples and oranges and that these stats just reek of an attempt to justify the need for more police funding.
Others wonder aren’t the Camden residents adults? Why should they need to be watched like children or... Read More |

If you haven't been paying attention to the Philadelphia 76ers, and many haven't, you're missing what is becoming a remarkable turnaround. With a 9-3 record in February, Doug Collins was named the NBA Eastern Conference coach of the month - the first Sixers coach to win the honor since Larry Brown in 2003. So far, Sixers... Read More |
