| Authorities have released new details about the remains of a young child found in a Delaware park last year. The child has been identified as 3-year-old Emma Cole. She was discovered on September 13, 2019 at Little Lass Fields in Smyrna, DE. A person walking their dog came across the uncovered, unburied remains in an open area near softball field. Toni Kirk is charged with causing or risking a catastrophe, aggravated assault, criminal mischief, and related offenses.
