The Burlington County Prosecutor's Office announced that a man has been arrested in the shooting death of a Willingboro man outside his home earlier this month. 29-year-old Kwacey Owens has been charged with Murder (First Degree), Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose (Second Degree), and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon (Second Degree) in the death of 28-year-old Barry Barino. Two brothers were shot and killed inside their Trenton, NJ, home on Tuesday night, 10/21, when a gunman opened fire on their house from outside. It happened around 10:30 p.m. on the 200 block of Mulberry Street. 8-year-old Johnny Perez and 16-year-old Gustavo Perez were struck and killed while inside the kitchen of their second floor apartment. A FedEx delivery driver was critically injured after being shot in Philadelphia on Tuesday, 10/20. It happened just before Noon on the 800 block of South 3rd Street near Christian Street in Queen Village. The driver, approximately 30-years-old, was shot in the chest and the leg. He was taken to Jefferson Hospital in critical condition. Police have taken one person into custody. No gun has been recovered. The investigation is ongoing.

A woman was struck and killed by a stray bullet while driving in Chester, Delaware County, on Monday afternoon, 10/19. It happened just before 1 p.m. near 9th Street and Central Avenue. 62-year-old Diana Davis of Chester, an innocent bystander, was struck in the side. A surveillance camera caught footage of her car slowly crashing into a telephone pole after she was hit. Davis was rushed to Crozer Chester Medical Center where she was pronounced dead. Supreme Court Rules on Pennsylvania Ballot Count; New Philly Election Offices; Hit-And-Run Arrest

A U.S. Supreme Court decision on Monday, 10/19, will allow mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania to be counted if they are received up to 5 p.m. on Friday, November 6, and they are postmarked by Election Day, November 3. Mail-in ballots without a clear postmark can also be counted unless there is evidence they were sent after the polls closed. A New York couple has been ordered to stand for trial in the attack of a teenage employee at Sesame Place this past summer. 39-year-old Troy McCoy and 31-year-old Shakerra Bonds are accused of assaulted the 17-year-old at the Langhorne, Bucks County amusement park on August 9th.
