| A train derailed this morning around 7 a.m. spilling chemicals in Paulsboro, New Jersey. Part of a bridge collapsed over the Mantua Creek and several cars are in the water below. Hazmat crews are on the scene at the Marine Terminal, the site of the accident. The U.S. Coast Guard has also been called in because chemicals appear to be leaking into the Delaware River. The search is on for the attacker who savagely beat two elderly men, 76 and 80 years old, with a wrench and a tape dispenser. It happened at around 2pm Thursday in the 5900 block of North 4th Street in Philadelphia's Olney neighborhood. Debra Sullivan Miller, the 38-year-old Tinicum Township, Delaware County woman who went missing November 18 after a trip to the grocery store, has returned home to Essington. Police did not suspect foul play but she was not in contact with her family, was not reachable, and had left her car. Her brother explained that this was completely out of character. | Authorities confirmed that a Chester County man that skipped out on his probation has fled the country to Ireland, but they don't plan on chasing him down. 23 year old Sean O'Neill Jr. of Glen Mills has been in trouble with the law constantly since he was a juvenile.
