Sunday's sermon at Mount Carmel Baptist Church, in West Philadelphia was a 30 minute emotionally packed message from Mayor Nutter regarding the flash mobs popping up in Center City. Nutter emphasized that it's a very small percentage of the city's youth who bring a bad name to the rest.
