US District Judge William H. Yohn sees no difference between feeding the homeless outside at City Hall or outside in city parks along the Parkway, or that it is better or any more dignified on the concrete compared to the grass. He will be extending his temporary injunction against the enforcement of Mayor Nutter's city law banning outdoor feeding of groups larger than three for at least a year.
