Justin Timberlake Jay-Z Tour Includes Philadelphia, Charges in Dog Shooting, Most Miserable Cities |

Justin Timberlake will do a live concert in Philadelphia in August. Timberlake along with Jay-Z will play Citizen’s Bank Park on August 13 as part of a tour that starts in Toronto in July and ends in Miami August 16th. Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z will play Hershey August 4th. The August 13th date is the second to last date on the tour.

Two family dogs have been shot and killed by a neighbor in Chester Springs. The Bernese mountain dogs, Argus and Fiona owned by the Bock family, got out of their fenced yard when a tree fell on a portion of the fence. The dogs ended up in the yard of neighbor, Gabriel Pilotti who has a pen of sheep. Pilotti grabbed his shotgun and killed the dogs with two shots. The DA is investigating.

Public hearings resume today, on the plan to permanently close 29 Philadelphia public schools. Emotions ran high at the School Reform Commission last night. Chanting "Save our Schools" and "Moratorium," a few dozen opponents to the school closing plan marched into the School Reform Commission meeting, carrying pictures of Governor Corbett and Mayor Nutter. The five-member School Reform Commission will hear more testimony today and tomorrow, before voting March 7th.

A Villanova sophomore, 19-year-old Tyler Jones, has admitted to taking and uploading videos of three separate females undressing in a bathroom. The videos were all taken in the same bathroom from Jones' family home in Switzerland in 2012 and 2011. One of the women was 17 at the time and thus underage. A former Tredyffrin Easttown School District transportation supervisor has been arrested for allegedly using district money to purchase gasoline for personal vehicles. MyFoxPhilly is reporting Toni Amerman Pulcini used gas cards to buy $8,000 worth of gas for personal vehicles. Pulcini was charged with 151 counts of access device fraud.

Some Facebook Users are saying they're mysteriously getting locked out of their own accounts, and are asked to provide a government issued photo ID. The site sometimes suspects certain accounts are violating Facebook's terms and conditions for things like the user being younger than 13 years old, bullying, posting inappropriate content and copyright violations. Beaches on the north end of Ocean City are getting replenished. Meanwhile, no new sand is being pumped onto the beach at the south end. The replenishment project had been planned prior to Superstorm Sandy, however homeowners on the south end are concerned that funds from the government may not arrive in time to bring their beaches back in time for summer.

The NCAA has sued in federal court just a few hours after Gov. Tom Corbett signed legislation into law today that is designed to keep the $60 million fine levied against Penn State following the Sandusky scandal inside the state of Pennsylvania. Philadelphia and State Police have released a sketch of a man suspected of stealing a safe with thousands of dollars' worth of property and an urn of ashes inside. The man posed as a city employee to gain access to a house on the 9500 block of Walley Road. Inside the safe was a coin collection, the deed to the house and the homeowner's deceased wife's ashes.
