A former Philadelphia principal has been arrested by the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office in connection with a probe into cheating on standardized tests. 43-year-old Lolamarie Davis-O'Rourke of Williamstown, NJ, has been charged with one count of tampering with public records or information, forgery, tampering with records, and criminal conspiracy. In Paris France this morning, terrorists killed 12 people with assault rifles and wounded 4 others at Charlie Hebdo, a satirical French magazine that has produced comics and published cartoons of the Muslim Prophet Muhammad. In what is described as an organized attack, three masked gunman broke into the magazine's offices and opened fire with assault rifles. Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Ferman has decided not to seek a third term. She is going to focus her efforts on making a run for Common Pleas Court judge. Montgomery County First Assistant DA Kevin Steele did announce his intentions to seek the district attorney's seat. He hopes to get the endorsement from the Montgomery County Democratic Committee. Philadelphia Police have arrested and charged a suspect in the West Philadelphia shooting of a limo driver on Saturday. 20-year-old Alonzo Dilligard of Darby, PA has been charged with murder and related offenses. (pictured) They are also questioning a 21-year-old suspect and a third is being sought. A man with a gun fired a shot through the front door of Toys R Us in Port Richmond on Aramingo Avenue this morning. The incident happened about 6:30 this morning after employees in the store refused to let the man in. Police believe it was an attempted robbery. The suspect then fired a gunshot into the store’s glass front door and fled. No one inside the store was hurt. Police are reviewing surveillance video to identify the suspect.
