SEPTA has announced another lottery for transit passes for the weekend of the Papal Visit in September. This lottery will be for Special 3 Day passes on the Norristown High Speed Line and Routes 101 and 102 trolley lines. The $10 pass will be good for Saturday – Monday September 26-28th. You will choose one of 6 outlying stations. The body of the 11 year old Folcroft boy who went missing Monday was recovered in Darby Creek. Laquan Lattimore's death was determined to be an accidental drowning by the Medical Examiner. Foul play is not suspected, although his bicycle and backpack he was wearing were not recovered.

Amoroso's Baking Company is closing its Philadelphia bakery starting in October, and moving to Bellmawr, New Jersey. About 200 people are being laid off, but they’re able to apply for new jobs at the facility in Camden County. Amoroso's and Ginsburg Bakery of Atlantic City are opening a new joint facility in Bellmawr, taking advantage of New Jersey tax credits.

Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Ferman announced charges today against Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane. The charges come after a lengthly investigation by the Montgomery County District Attorney's office after a grand jury recommended charges against the state's top prosecutor back in January. The Secret Service has informed couples who had weddings and reception plans in the city that they would have to cancel and reschedule. The Ben Franklin Bridge and other major roadways throughout the city will be closed the weekend of the papal visit in September, Mayor Michael Nutter and state officials announced during a press conference on Wednesday.

• I-76 eastbound from I-476 to I-95 and I-76 westbound from I-95 to U.S. Route 1 (Roosevelt Extension)
• I-676 in both directions from I-76 to I-95

Police in Folcroft, Pennsylvania are seeking the public's assistance in locating a missing boy. The FBI has now joined in the search for 11-year-old Laquan Lattimore. Lattimore was last seen Monday afternoon. Anyone with information is asked to call Folcroft Police at 610-522-1300 or 911.
