The moon will appear to have a dark reddish hue due to the small amount of sunlight that bends around the Earth's atmosphere like a sunset. Earth's shadow will begin to pass over the full moon at 4:15 a.m. It will cover the moon at 6:15 a.m. and last for 59 minutes. However, the moon will set before the entire eclipse is complete. Moonset is 7:09 a.m. and sunrise is 7:04 a.m.
