Philadelphia Police are searching for a teenage suspect wanted in connection to a home invasion and sexual assault last month in the Spruce Hill section of the city. It happened around 2:30 a.m. on the 400 block of South 45th Street. The teen, around 16-years-old, broke into the woman's apartment and sexually assaulted her multiple times over a three-hour period. New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy announced on Monday, 5/3, that the state will be easing some capacity restrictions later this month. All of the new guidelines will still require people to maintain social distancing and wear masks. On May 7, patrons will be allowed to sit at the bar. Buffets will be allowed to reopen as well. Pennsylvania's 'Move Over' law goes into effect Tuesday, April 27. Motorists are now required to move over to the left-most lane or slow down when passing a vehicle stopped on the side of the road. This includes EMS, police, fire, tow trucks, construction crews, and others with flashing lights, plus regular disabled vehicles that have the proper indicators.
