Police in Philadelphia and Montgomery County are being joined by the FBI in the hunt for a serial rapist and stalker that victimized numerous women in the area over a 3-day period last weekend. Philadelphia police identified 28-year-old Kevin Bennett, of Indianapolis, Indiana, as the wanted suspect. The incidents occurred between May 15-18 and stretched between Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties.
