Fresh off the Democratic National Convention here in Philadelphia, presidential nominee Hillary Clinton held a rally at noon on Friday at Temple University's McGonigle Hall on North Broad Street. Boy Catches 7 Foot Shark on LBI Beach; Clinton Speaks at Temple; SEPTA Fare Changes

A seven foot shark was beached by a 13 year old fisherman at the Jersey shore this week. Joseph Mandile and his son Gianni Mandile, 13, were surf fishing on Long Beach Island, New Jersey when the Gianni hooked what he first thought was a stingray. It turned out to be a 200 lb. sand tiger shark. According to National Geographic, sand tiger sharks are not very aggressive toward people. The Mandiles did not keep the shark. Whole Foods Struggles; 11-year-old Travels for Clinton; DNC Food-Rescue App

After being accused of price-gouging last year, Whole Foods still struggles to get back on its feet. Sales at some of the company's stores that have been opened for a year or more have declined for the fourth consecutive quarter, according to results released Wednesday afternoon. CEO, Walter Robb believes that the decline does not reflect the progress Whole Foods has made. He claims, "They are "continuing to make measurable progress on fundamentally evolving the business."

Health Insurers want to hike rates in Pennsylvania. Saying their own costs have risen, insurance companies made their cases to state regulators Wednesday for double-digit rate increases next year for individual policies in Pennsylvania. The requests before the Insurance Department include proposed average rate increases of 17.2 percent for Aetna Health Inc., 25.4 percent to 48.1 percent for Highmark companies, 0.9 percent to 16.2 percent for UPMC companies, and 19.9 percent to 22.5 percent...
