Nine people were injured in a car crash involving 2 vehicles and pedestrians outside of Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Center City on Friday afternoon, 7/12. It happened around 4:05 p.m. at 10th and Sansom Streets. The cause of the crash is under investigation, but it appears that a car rear ended an SUV. A Bucks County police officer and a Huntingdon Valley firefighter came to the rescue of a driver having a seizure while behind the wheel of a pickup truck on Tuesday morning, 7/9. Philadelphia Police have issued an arrest warrant for a suspect wanted for an assault and attempted abduction in Center City last weekend. Authorities are looking for 28-year-old Vaughn Omar Clark. Philadelphia Police have released surveillance video showing a large group of teenagers entering, damaging, and looting a Walgreens store on South Street on July 4th. It happened around 10 p.m. on the 1800 block of South Street. The incident happened at the 1 Stop Smoke Shop at Veree and Red Lion Roads in the Somerton section.
