Mumford and Sons headlined Bonnaroo on Saturday night down on the farm in Manchester, TN. At the end of their set they brought out a few friends for a rousing cover of the Beatles' "With a Little Help of My Friends" a la Joe Cocker. They were joined by My Morning Jacket, Dawes, The War on Drugs, and Ed Helms. This group sometimes looks like they escaped from the 70's. Watch below:

The Foo Fighters were playing at Heden arena in Grotenberg, Sweden, on Friday Night June 12th. During the second song of the night ("Monkey Wrench"), lead singer Dave Grohl broke his leg after falling from the front of the stage. Former Sonic Youth bassist/vocalist Kim Gordon and Dinosaur Jr.'s J Mascis have teamed up to put out a new track titled "Slow Boy" for the third Converse compilation, CONS EP Vol. 3. The pair go way back as label mates on SST Records in the 80's as well as on joint tours over the years and other collaborations. Chris Martin of Coldplay performed today at the funeral for former Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden. Beau is the son of Vice President of Joe Biden, a University of Pennsylvania alumnus, and an Iraq war veteran. Biden died last week after a battle with brain cancer. He was 46. Martin offered to play at the services after learning that Beau was a fan. He played "Til Kingdom Come" off of Coldplay's third album "X&Y". Watch video of the solo performance below:
