Two Philadelphia police officers have been arrested for improperly stopping a man and falsifying reports. It happened around 10:10 a.m. on April 17 on the 100 block of East Sharpnack Street. Officers Matthew Walsh and Marvin Jones stopped a man for apparently using narcotics. They frisked him because he refused to take his hands out of his pockets and released him without charges. Authorities in Bucks County are still searching for a suspect wanted for sexually assaulting two children. Police now say that 47-year-old David Allen Hamilton Jr. may be driving a stolen car. It is described as a 2016 white Toyota Avalon with Pennsylvania license plate PD3759P. He was last seen in the New Hope area on Friday. Former comedian and entertainer Bill Cosby was sentenced on Tuesday, 9/25, in a Norristown courtroom to 3-10 years in state prison. The 81-year-old actor was found guilty in April of three counts of aggravated indecent assault. A mother has been charged with homicide in the poisoning death of her 2-year-old son last month in Tullytown, Bucks County. Bucks County District Attorney Matthew Weintraub says that 42-year-old Jennifer Clarey has been charged with criminal homicide.
