The Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office is now investigating homicide charges against two North Carolina men accused of drugging and raping a Bucks County woman. 24-year-old Christine Englehardt of Richboro was found dead in her South Beach hotel room during spring break on March 18. 21-year-old Evoire Collier and 24-year-old Dorian Taylor have been behind bars since March charged with sexual battery, burglary and theft. A New Jersey mother who went missing with her young son last week, triggering a multi-state Amber Alert, has been found dead. 24-year-old Yasemin Uyar and 2-year-old son Sebastian Rios were allegedly abducted by the boy's father, Tyler Rios, from their Rahway, NJ, home on Thursday evening, 7/8. An Amber Alert issued on Friday afternoon, 7/9, for missing 2-year-old Sebastian Rios and his mother, 24-year-old Yasemin Uyar, has been canceled. Sebastian was found safe Saturday morning, 7/10, in Monterey, Tennessee. His father, 27-year-old Tyler Rios, was arrested without incident. He is being held in Tennessee awaiting extradition to New Jersey. Uyar remains missing. The mother and son were last seen at their Rahway, NJ, home on Thursday night.

New Jersey State Police issued an Amber Alert for missing 2-year-old Sebastian Rios and his mother, 24-year-old Yasemin Uyar of Rahwey, NJ. It is believed they were kidnapped by Sebastian's father, 27-year-old Tyler Rios of Highland Park, N.J. He could be driving a 2018 silver Ford Fiesta with New Jersey license plates W421713.
