An amber alert was issued this morning for two boys aged 4 and 6 after their mother was found dead in Drexel Hill. The woman was found shot in the head at her apartment, perhaps killed by her husband, identified as 32 year old Keith Belajonas. They left the scene in a dark gray Nissan X-Terra SUV with PA license plate JDH7477.

Police are investigating the death of 46 year old Constance Murray who was found in Pennypack Park yesterday morning. Murray had gone out for a jog about 9 pm Monday and did not return. Her husband filed a missing persons report about 5 hours later. She was found a few blocks from her home by a passerby on a wooded trail. Cause of death is under investigation.

There were 34 drug overdoses and 42 arrests at a concert in Seaside Heights this weekend. The two day Electric Adventure Beach weekend featured EDM, Electronic Dance Music Saturday and Sunday. None of the overdoses resulted in death. Prior to this year the event had been held at Great Adventure.

Funerals for the three children killed in a carjacking were held this morning at Seventh-Day Adventist church on Oxford Avenue. Keiearra Williams, Joseph Reed, and Terrance Moore were struck and killed by an out of control carjacked vehicle in North Philadelphia on July 25th. One of the women injured in the deadly carjacking crash in North Philadelphia has been released from the hospital. 69 year old Thelma Brown is recovering at home. The mother of the three children killed is still hospitalized in a coma. All were hit by the carjacked vehicle while selling fruit to support their church last week. Both suspects are facing murder charges.
