SEPTA bus advertisements proclaiming a controversial anti-Muslim message are appearing on Philadelphia streets today. SEPTA was ordered by a federal judge to accept the ads (pictured), which say "Islamic Jew Hatred: It's in the Quran" and feature a photograph of a 1941 meeting between Hitler and Hajj Amin al-Husseini, a Palestinian Arab nationalist who made radio broadcasts supporting the Nazis. Two Temple University football players accused of beating another student at an off-campus party back in January, are in court today. Dion Dawkins and Haason Reddick were suspended from the team, after turning themselves into police earlier this month. The 20-year-olds were charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, criminal conspiracy, and recklessly endangering another person.

Philadelphia City Council is talking today about a bill requiring regular safety inspections of food trucks' fuel tanks. Council is trying to prevent another deadly accident like the one that happened last July when a food truck erupted in flames on Feltonville Street. Two women died in that incident and a leaking propane tank triggered the blast.

The co-pilot of the Germanwings aircraft that crashed into the French Alps Tuesday may have hid an illness from the airline according to German prosecutors. A search of the the Duesseldorf home of Andreas Lubitz, yielded no suicide note, and there is no evidence that political or religious factors were involved in the crash. Officials say medical documents at Lubitz's home indicated "an existing illness and appropriate medical treatment."

One of the pilots was locked out of the cockpit. The black box was recovered from the Germanwings Flight 9525 that crashed into the Alps killing all 150 people on board. After a smooth takeoff, audio recordings capture one of the pilots leaving the cockpit, and then banging on the door with increasing urgency until the plane crashed. On the recordings, the pilot in the cockpit can be heard breathing until impact but did not respond to calls from his copilot or the control tower.

A Pennsylvania woman is suing Angie's List claiming it is a fraud. Janell Moore is leading a federal class action lawsuit filed in Philadelphia. Angie's List has built a reputation of providing unbiased customer reviews about businesses. Moore got ripped off by an Angie's List contractor who she claims paid the website to push him up the list and suppress negative comments.

A passenger jet carrying 148 people crashed Tuesday in the French Alps as it flew from Barcelona to Duesseldorf. Search-and-rescue teams may take a day and a half to get to the remote region, Due to the nature of the crash, no survivors are expected. A former Methacton High School baseball standout was kicked off the team at Bloomsburg University for posting an offensive tweet about Little League World Series Star, Mo'ne Davis. The third suspect accused in the murder of a man walking his dog in Overbrook last Thursday night turned himself in overnight. Two 15 year olds in custody include the alleged shooter, Tyfine Hamilton and Brandon Smith. They will be charged with murder and other offenses. The third suspect, a 14 year old male is expected to face lesser charges for his role in the shooting.

Crews cleared the scene this morning after a fruit truck overturned at the base of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge on Wednesday night. The tractor-trailer filled with fruit crashed at about 8:30 last night in the westbound lanes of I-676 at the Ben Franklin Bridge and jammed up commuters all morning.
