Rosie O'Donnell's 17-year-old daughter Chelsea has been found safe. Chelsea left their New York home with their therapy dog last week with no word where she was headed and was reported missing. Police say officers located Chelsea around 6:00 p.m. Tuesday on Long Beach Island at a residence on Village Drive in Barnegat Light. She was reportedly not taking needed medication. Rosie tweeted a thank you message to followers.

Philadelphia will be opening a call center for businesses trying to figure out how to stay open when the Pope comes to town. Many in Center City say there are so many driving restrictions they're not sure how their employees will get to work. In the case of restaurants they aren't sure how to get fresh food in. Festivals and concerts were plentiful this weekend. The Philadelphia Folk Festival held its 54th annual weekend of peace and music which was carried live on iRadioPhilly. At Citizen's Bank Park on Saturday Zac Brown Band added some Country sizzle to Philly. And on the beach in Atlantic City a concert by Maroon 5 attracted over 100,000 people to the Jersey shore show.

Billy Joel packed the Park last night under a beautiful sky and summer evening in South Philadelphia. The 66 year old Piano Man became a father again on Wednesday to a new daughter, Della Rose Joel. Billy, baby, and 33 year old wife, Alexis are all doing great.

A plan for a televised debate on NBC10 between Democratic mayoral candidate Jim Kenney and Republican Melissa Murray Bailey has been cancelled because of "unreasonable demands" from the Kenney campaign, according to the television station's vice president of news. A Pennsylvania beauty queen is facing charges she faked having leukemia to benefit from fundraisers, and has been jailed. Brandi Lee Weaver-Gates, of State College will be stripped of her title as Miss Pennsylvania U.S. International. The 23-year-old, was arraigned Tuesday on charges of theft by deception. SEPTA has extended the deadline for people who were awarded regional rail tickets in the lottery but have not paid for them yet. If you were notified, you must purchase your tickets by 3 pm today. The body of the 11 year old Folcroft boy who went missing Monday was recovered in Darby Creek. Laquan Lattimore's death was determined to be an accidental drowning by the Medical Examiner. Foul play is not suspected, although his bicycle and backpack he was wearing were not recovered.
