Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett has unveiled his new $27.3 billion dollar budget for next year. The taxpayer spending plan is 3.1 percent lower than this year and includes cutting 1500 state employees, and 1.2 billion dollars from education, including public schools and state funded universities.
