Philadelphia Police have arrested four boys after a video of an attack on a mentally disabled man went viral on Facebook. Police determined that the attack happened on Memorial Day near Chelten Avenue and Knox Street in Germantown. The slow motion video shows the 38-year-old victim being punched in the face several times as the crowd of boys stand around laughing. Charges are pending including aggravated assault, simple assault, and reckless endangerment. Officials believe some of these boys ages 12 - 15 are involved in another video taped assault from last Friday. That involved bricks being thrown at a school principal who was attempting to break up a fight. You can see the video of the Germantown attack below, it is disturbing.

Two people were shot this afternoon in Wilmington, DE. It happened on the 700 block of E. 6th Street just after 2:30 p.m. A 6-year-old boy was shot in the head and his 31-year-old mother was hit in the arm. The boy was transported to A.I. duPont Hospital in critical condition. The woman was taken to the hospital in stable condition. The two were inside a SUV when gunshots rang out. Witness say they saw men in a truck open fire on the street. No arrests have been made. Anyone with information is asked to call detectives at 302-576-6206.

Bill Cosby's accuser took the stand today in his sexual assault trial in Norristown. 44-year-old Andrea Constand recounted the 2004 attack at Cosby's Cheltenham home. She has not spoken about Cosby before in public under terms of a confidentiality agreement they reached as part of a settlement in 2006. On the stand today she described the night she went to his house for dinner. She said he gave her three blue pills he said were a natural remedy for stress. Shortly afterward, she had blurred vision, slurred words, legs that felt like rubber, and couldn't move. Constand said that Cosby digitally penetrated her and placed her hand on his penis and moved it back and forth. The defense started to cross examine Constand. They questioned why she remained in contact with Cosby, including making dozens of phone calls, after that night. The defense also keyed in on several inconsistencies. That cross examination will continue in Wednesday.
