President Obama is in Philadelphia today to support Hillary Clinton's campaign for the White House. Detours caused traffic jams all morning even though the schedule speech at Eakins Oval is not scheduled until 1:45.

Ithan Elementary School in Radnor Township went on lockdown this morning after police responded to a bear sighting in the Haymarket Lane area. The Pennsylvania Game Commission is at the scene with police, according to an emergency notification from the township. Police are asking residents not to approach the bear and to call 911 immediately. This is the second bear sighting in Radnor Township since Saturday.
