Chester County Police say that the man who flipped his car into a pond earlier this month, killing himself and his brother, had a blood alcohol content nearly five times the legal limit. 52-year-old Thomas McAleer was behind the wheel around 4:30 pm on October 2nd driving on Glenn Avenue in Berwyn. At some point he left the road and flipped into a small pond. Both he and his brother, 54-year-old Michael McAleer, drowned. Toxicology reports say that his blood alcohol level was .398 at the time of the crash. He also had THC (marijuana) and other drugs in his system.

New Jersey State Police are investigating after a body was discovered on the beach in Strathmere. The discovery was made around noon on the Sumner Avenue beach near the surf. The cause of death and the identity have not been determined. The investigation is ongoing.

Redner's Markets based out of Reading, PA is once again banning the sale of eggs to minors during this mischievous season. No one under the age of 18 will be able to buy the produce until after Halloween. The goal is to cut down on the messy vandalism juveniles are prone to inflict on neighborhoods this last week of October especially Mischief Night. Redner's operates in Delaware, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Virginia, West Virginia and Ohio as well as Pennsylvania.

Tonight,
Mostly Cloudy, temperatures in the mid 50's this evening in Center City
