One person was found dead after emergency crews located the wreckage of a small plane that crashed in Dover, Delaware on Sunday evening. The wreckage is believed to be that of a single engine plane that was reported missing when it vanished off radar shortly after 7 p.m. The pilot, who was the only occupant of the plane, was killed in the crash.

Police say they’ve arrested a suspect in a hit-and-run in Voorhees that left two woman seriously injured. Voorhees police are calling Michele Toussaint of Berlin, New Jersey a person of interest in the Saturday night incident along Route 561 near North Sunset Drive. Police say Toussaint’s driver’s license had been suspended and that the car she was driving is not registered to her.

A priest and a former lay teacher at St. Jerome’s Parish in Northeast Philadelphia are scheduled to go to trial today on sexual assault charges. The two men are charged with sexually assaulting the same young boy when he was in 5th and 6th grade in 1999. The men are Father Charles Engelhardt and former lay teacher Bernard Shero.
